In a safe neutral place, we develop our authentic voices and grow our self esteem. From the outside you may see us lounging on the bean bags, munching on “healthy” snacks, and chatting and giggling. On the inside we are being vulnerable, building trust, and exploring life’s tricky topics. Positive choices and self esteem are the underlying areas that continue to be built and explored. Global awareness and community service projects keep us well rounded.

Maintaining the same high quality care for your well being, we provide a safe and nurturing place to filter through the pains and fears that manifest themselves into our weaker spots.
